Handmade Product Variations

Each piece is handmade and hand-painted by skilled artisans. Color, glaze, size, and pattern may vary slightly from the product photos and from piece to piece. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product, not defects.

Food Safety & Intended Use

Unless a specific listing states a piece is food-safe or lab-tested for food contact, our ceramics should be treated as decorative items only and not used to serve, store, or prepare food or beverages. We recommend hand-washing decorative pieces only and avoiding microwave, dishwasher, oven, and direct food contact use.

Fragile Goods & Shipping

Our products are fragile handmade ceramics. We package items carefully to minimize breakage, but we are not liable for damage occurring in transit once the item has left our possession. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos so we can assist with a resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa De Artesanías is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to breakage, misuse, or improper cleaning/care.
