By purchasing from Casa De Artesanias, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Handmade Nature of Products

All pieces sold by Casa De Artesanias are handmade by skilled artisans. As a result, each item is unique and may vary slightly in size, color, glaze, and finish from the photos shown. These natural variations are not defects — they are a hallmark of authentic handcrafted Talavera pottery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this inherent variation.

2. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review all product photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, contact us and we will be happy to help.

3. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure safe delivery. However, once an order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photographic evidence. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.

4. Order Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and order details provided at checkout are accurate. Casa De Artesanias is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.

5. Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated in our shop listings. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Juan Servin Ceramics.

6. Product Use & Care

Our ceramic pieces are intended for decorative or everyday household use. To maintain the quality and longevity of your piece:

  • Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water
  • Do not use in the microwave
  • Do not soak in water for extended periods
  • Dry thoroughly before storing

Juan Servin Ceramics is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow care instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All product photos, descriptions, and brand content associated with Casa De Artesanias are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa De Artesanias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
